Meet Tess Posner, the CEO of AI4All. AI4All is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusion in the field of artificial intelligence research.
Tess Posner has been at the helm of AI4All since its inception in 2016 and has since been working tirelessly to make AI education and training accessible to people from all walks of life.

Who is Tess Posner?
Tess Posner is the CEO of AI4All, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing diversity and inclusion in artificial intelligence (AI). Posner’s background is diverse, including experience in education, advocacy, and social justice work.
Before joining AI4All, Posner served as the Managing Director of TechSoup Global’s GreenTech program, where she helped nonprofit organizations worldwide gain access to clean technology. She also co-founded and served as the Executive Director of the nonprofit organization, Global Women’s Leadership Network.
Posner holds a Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University. In her role as CEO of AI4All, Posner brings a unique perspective to the organization, combining her expertise in technology, social justice, and education. Under her leadership, AI4All has grown into a global movement, reaching students across the world and making significant strides towards a more inclusive future for AI.
